They will not refund anything a year and a half before the plan expires I like the fast reply. However, due to my health condition I will have to sell my website. It is bad that a refund will not be given for the remaining year and a half. Now, I know that long term plans are not convenient due to my unexpected situation – 1/04/2023

They demand absurd… read morePros:Your coworkers are amazing, always willing to help, to teach you new things. Teammates from all around the world. Cons:A few seniors will help you, but then stab you on the back with bad reviews about you because you made questions. They demand absurd KPIs for agents that JUST started to work, knowing, because there were complaints that the training is no good, it doesn’t prepare you for the actual work with clients, so new agents struggle to adapt. The training should be longer, where they actually prepare you for your role, so the agent can properly help the team, which is amazing. You finish the training after 6 weeks with a shadowing week, where no senior agents can help you because they are busy with their tasks, so you end up alone or with the QA area that contradicts constantly with the actual agents, so it’s very confusing for a new employee. Complaints were made, but nothing was done. QA tells you to do things that when you ask a senior they tell you a different method. If you follow the senior’s advice, they will put you a bad review on that convo because you didn’t follow what the QA said. After working for 20 days, they tell you to increase your productivity to that expected of a 6-month-old employee, or you’re out, and they will always find something to complain about your performance. When you ask for shadowing sessions, or QA sessions, they say they will schedule them and 2 days later they will cancel them. The TLs tell you that some of your messages to the clients are passive-aggressive when they don’t speak your language, and they make those assumptions based on the translator that usually translates incorrectly. As the company is a startup, things change constantly which made the just finished training, worthless because they changed tools and workflows. Some superiors doesn’t speak native Spanish, sometimes making it hard to understand each other because of the errors while speaking because their native language is not Spanish. When speaking in English, it is hard to understand them because they doesn’t speak clearly. Too many Shift leaders and each leader has a different work method, most of them work perfectly, a few doesn’t work at all. During the day, the workflow is monitored to avoid agents cherry-picking chats, which is great. During the night, when there are fewer agents working, some take longer breaks than they should or cherry-pick chats without anyone controlling, which affects other agent’s KPIs Chats that were re-opened, or that you had to take over due to the original agent ending their shift, don’t count for your KPIs They tell you it is great to ask for help, but then they tell you that you asked things you should already know when you’ve been working for 2 weeks on a high load. In some situations, you find yourself asking for help, mostly on night shifts, and the senior in charge doesn’t answer, so you end up asking for help to another team. If they give you feedback, and you don’t agree with it, they’ll tell you that you’re always on the defensive, and if you defend yourself from a bad review from a client, they tell you that you don’t take ownership for your mistakes. Despite being a startup, they are a pretty big company, yet the payment doesn’t match the demands and expectations, particularly in the case of senior agents, which earn almost the same as a trainee, then they wonder why senior agents quit. They hire people and then kick them out after a few months and then cry for help on the team’s chat looking for agents to work either over time or to log in on their days off because of low coverage while constantly changing the shifts around. They’ll also have no problem keeping you on an eternal weekly probation threatening with termination without realizing that those are not healthy working conditions, but then boast about their values and work environment as if they were an example to follow. The only good thing is the team itself, your actual coworkers, who will have no issues helping you whenever you need it. If you ask for help to a TL or some of the seniors, they’ll write it down as something you did wrong, to add to your negative feedback. Advice to Management:Pay better Design the training in Spanish, put mentors from a Spanish-speaking country, I can assure you, you will have great juniors read less – 11/27/2022
